The Knock of Braemoray is 459 metres (1493 ft.). From the summit
there are excellent views all round.

This pool is close to the summit marker, there is always water in it
although the shape and position seem to change.

|
Lochindorb from the summit, the Monadhliath mountains in the distance.

Looking east down on to the Moidach Mor, past farm ruins that include Berryburn,
Little Berryburn, Shenvault, Glenmore, Lynagowan, Auchanlochan, Lochanuan and Bogeney.
There is a Bren-gun carrier lost during an exercise in WWII somewhere down there as well.

|
The southern end of the Moidach Mor. At the trees in
distance was a drovers inn (Lynagowan Inn) with pens and food for both animals and drovers. This drovers
road ran all the way to Stirling and Falkirk.

Looking north to Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth, with Aucheorn (our house) being built
in the middle of the picture.
